      we also perform collection documentation for general collection maintenance, inventory review projects and museum/exhibition loan preparation.

    • cataloging & provenance research encompasses physical description summaries of each individual artwork following the Getty Object ID Guidelines in addition to the organization & consolidation of historical purchase invoices, fact sheets, exhibition and literature publication/documentation findings, and condition reports.

  • we provide comprehensive collection review services for the purpose of uncovering and identifying the thematic storyline(s) within a collection.

    collection review is a tool to better inform the future purchasing decisions of our clients that will strategically enhance & maintain the integrity of their collections.

amz art advisory & appraisals provides appraisal services to a variety of clients for their appraisal needs inclusive of private collectors, museums, institutions, family offices, attorneys, and insurance providers.

amz art advisory & appraisals specializes in the valuation of modern & contemporary latin american art in addition to latinx art.

our appraisals are compliant with the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice (USPAP) in accordance with the code of ethics and professional standards put forth by the appraisal foundation. we also meet the criteria of a qualified appraiser as set forth by the irs (internal revenue services) to perform appraisals for tax-related purposes.

andrea m. Zorrilla, aaa is a certified member of the appraisers association of america, the premier, national association of independent fine art appraisers.

andrea is distinguished with being one of four certified members of the appraisers association of america specialized in the field of latin american art in the united states; of these four, she is the only certified member based in the state of florida.

certified membership is the highest level of accomplishment for an appraiser who holds the most extensive level of expertise, qualified education and experience in their field. only certified members are awarded the aaa designation.
